We recommend booking 1–2 days ahead on LINE @lytgrooming or by calling 093-778-5222, because we limit the number of pets per day so each one gets our full attention. Weekends and long holidays fill up especially fast.

Let us know on LINE or by phone at least a day ahead so we can offer the slot to another pet on the waiting list. Thank you for helping our queue run smoothly.

A bath and spa takes about 1–2 hours; grooming takes about 2–3 hours, depending on size, coat condition and the style chosen. We give you an estimated pick-up time and message you on LINE as soon as your pet is ready.

For everyone's safety, pets should be up to date on core and rabies vaccinations and on flea and tick prevention. For puppies and kittens, we recommend starting at least two weeks after the first full course.

Yes. Our groomer takes time to settle your pet before starting and works calmly through every step. We never use sedatives. If we judge that a pet is too stressed, we pause and call you right away.

No. Grooming and boarding areas for dogs and cats are separate, to reduce stress from noise and smells, especially for cats, who are sensitive to new environments.

Every tool, including scissors, clipper blades, combs, towels and tubs, is cleaned and sanitised after each pet. Each pet always gets a fresh towel.

Price depends on breed, size, weight, coat length and condition. Send a photo of your pet with breed and weight to LINE @lytgrooming and we will quote before you book. No hidden charges.

Our groomer assesses it first. Light matting we gently work out; if it is tight against the skin, a short clip is the safest and least painful option. We always tell you and ask permission before doing so.

The vaccination book, your pet's usual food (portioned per meal is very helpful), any medication, and something that smells of home, like a blanket or favourite toy, to help them relax faster.
